A Cake Designed Just For You!

You've looked and looked at cake photos!  Hundreds of them!  You have found some that you liked and many that you didn't like.  But, nothing has screamed, "that's it!" quite yet!  Let's start to think outside of the box.  Thankfully, when a bride orders a cake from a custom bakery, the sky is the limit!  Let's get creative!  Find something meaningful in your wedding and use it as inspiration for your cake! 

The cake pictured above was the cake of a dear bride named Ashley.  She married at the gorgeous Kindred Oaks venue recently.  Her inspiration for her cake...her wedding dress!  Ashley brought me a photo of her train.  It was beautiful and elegant.  The design started about half way up Ashley's train.  It started small and then filled the dress at it cascaded down.  So, naturally, we incorporated that into her cake!  Starting small and at the top, we copied the scroll and cascaded it down her cake just like the design on her dress!  Add a few flowers on top for a little color and there you have a completely custom, one of a kind, never before created cake design!
